Lisa Mao is a 4th year student at the University of Toronto Scarborough. She is currently completing her History major and Classic and Geography minor. She hopes that by taking a course on food studies, she will be able to diversify her understanding of the various topics within history.
Shayan Lallani is a 4th year student at the University of Toronto Scarborough, majoring History and English. He believes that studying food is important because it can be used to explore how cultures influence one another.
